Bishop Joseph “Joel” Wesley Brown II, senior pastor and founder of Faith Celebration Church Lakeland, is a third-generation pastor with 25+ years in ministry who is also the overseer of Faith Celebration Kissimmee and Faith Celebration Miami, serves as the Presiding Prelate of the North American Outreach Fellowship International, Inc. Bishop Joel Brown’s grandfather, Elder Zed Brown, was commissioned by the Church of God in Christ to start the first COGIC church in Midway, Florida; the second in Florida. Bishop Joel Brown’s father, Apostle Joseph L. Brown, was an apostolic pioneer in the prophetic.

Bishop Joel Brown is passionate about Christ, and he is devoted to building, training, and equipping God’s people via prophetic trainings and five-fold ministry trainings (Eph. 4:11-16). Bishop Joel Brown’s passion is for the people of God to carry out the work of God’s mission in their lives, their families, their churches, and in their communities.

Bishop Joel Brown is an author, accomplished musician, and adjunct professor with his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University School of Law. Bishop Joel Brown is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Southeastern University. Bishop Joel Brown is the husband of his beautiful wife, Pastor Tiffanie Brown, and the happy father of four wonderful boys: Jay, Josh, Jon, and Jordan. 

Pastor Tiffanie Brown is a loving wife and mother as well as a multi-talented pastor, educator, businesswoman, and mentor. She truly desires to please God and live for Him. She is affectionately known as Pastor Tiff and thoroughly enjoys serving the Body of Christ. From a young girl, she became “on fire” for Christ and has been running ever since. Pastor Tiff is from New Orleans, Louisiana. Growing up in the inner city of New Orleans left an indelible mark on her to help the community, build the old waste places, and to assist in healing those with emotional wounds. She later attended a phenomenal Christian University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Oral Roberts University, where she grew in a greater understanding of her gifts and calling. There she met her loving husband, Bishop Joel Brown and has since been blessed with a wonderful family of 4 dynamic boys. Pastor Tiff is currently obtaining a Doctor of Ministry degree at Southeastern University.

Pastor Tiff is extremely passionate about helping people come to Christ and become equipped. She desires for individuals to shed off the old and walk in the new. She preaches with fire and authority and is a woman who truly loves others. Pastor Tiff, along with her husband Bishop Joel Brown, pastor an amazing group of believers at Faith Celebration Church where they love God, love people, walk in faith and reject fear, and are equipping the saints.
